If you are registered for a regular
scheduled trek and you cancel more than 48 hrs before the start of the trek you may be able to reschedule your trek for another date, based completely on
availability, at the discretion of Elegant Tightwad
Enterprises Inc. A rescheduling fee o $10 will apply.
Cancellations within 48 hours of regular scheduled tour are not rescheduled
Private tours cancelled more than 7 days before the tour may be rescheduled, by availability only. A rescheduling fee of 10%-20% of the price of the tour will apply.. Private tours without written contracts cancelled within 7 days of the tour are not rescheduled unless by written approval of Elegant Tightwad Enterprises, Inc. Written contracts for private tours supersede these policies.
No refunds are given for gift certificates purchased.
Elegant Tightwad Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event at any time for any reason. In the event of a cancellation participants will receive full refund of any monies paid by the method through which they paid.
Elegant Tightwad Enterprises Inc is committed to it's mission of helping our customers to save money. It is in that spirit that we promise to do everything within our power to reschedule any cancelled registrations made at least 48 hrs in advance.. Rescheduling is based solely on availability.
