Gift Certificates
Please read all of this info, as it is imperative for your
Gift Certificate order.
Gift Certificates will be mailed with a card and a gift wrapped book As with any order, they are shipped within 3 days of the receipt of the order. They are good for any scheduled tour of the type purchased for one year from date of purchase. If a recipient wants to upgrade to a more expensive tour, they may do so by paying the difference.
If you are having the Gift Certificate drop shipped to the recipient, please DO NOT put the recipient's email address anywhere on the form. Put your own email address BOTH in the Bill To and Ship To sections. This is so your recipient does not get an email receipt for this item. (We are working to change the order form so that this will not be required, but until then please follow these instructions)
If you are having the Gift Certificate drop shipped to the recipient, you will receive an email within a few hours containing all of the options for customizing the shipment. You can add a special note to the card and also inform us what sort of occasion this it a gift for - birthday, Christmas, etc., so we include the proper card. (Again, this whole process will be automated within a day or two, but until then, please bear with us.)
There are no refunds on Gift Certificates.
