Gift Certificates will be mailed within 3 days of the receipt of the order. They are good for any scheduled tour of the type purchased for one year from date of purchase. If a recipient wants to upgrade to a more expensive tour, they may do so by paying the difference.
If you are having the Gift Certificate drop shipped to the recipient, please DO NOT put the recipient's email address anywhere on the form. Put your own email address BOTH in the Bill To and Ship To sections. This is so your recipient does not get an email receipt for this item.
If you are having the Gift Certificate drop shipped to the recipient, please include any customized instructions for us in the comments section of the order. You can add a special note and also inform us what sort of occasion this it a gift for - birthday, Christmas, etc.
There are no refunds on Gift Certificates.
