Trek Refund Policy

• There are no refunds given for any trek.
  
  
• If you are registered for a regular scheduled trek & cancel you may reschedule your trek for another date, based on availability, which is agreed on by both you and Elegant Tightwad Enterprises Inc. There is no expiration date for the rescheduling of cancelled registration.


• If you are registered for a private trek and cancel16 or more days before the trek you may reschedule to another date, based on availability, which is agreed on by both you and Elegant Tightwad Enterprises Inc. If you cancel 15 days or less before the date of your event the ability to reschedule is solely at the discretion of Elegant Tightwad Enterprises Inc.
  
  
• No refunds are given for gift certificates purchased.
  
  
• Elegant Tightwad Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any event at any time for any reason. In the event of a cancellation participants will receive full refund of any monies paid by the method through which they paid. The usual reason for cancellation of an event is lack of sufficient enrollment.
  
  
• Elegant Tightwad Enterprises Inc is committed to it's mission of helping our customers to save money. It is in that spirit that we promise to do everything within our power to reschedule any cancelled registrations, regardless of time factors.
